For client projects:

  • Project scope and deliverables will be defined in a separate agreement
  • Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement
  • Ownership of deliverables transfers upon full payment
  • We retain the right to use project work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services:

  • Prices are quoted in the currency specified in your agreement
  • Payment is due according to the terms in your project agreement
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JK International Digital Trends shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JK International Digital Trends and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
